RFQ files
Files uploaded through the RFQ form are used only to review the submitted enquiry. The website attaches an accepted upload to the RFQ email and removes the temporary server copy after the send attempt. Email copies and subsequent working files may be retained for project communication and quotation records. Do not upload confidential, export-controlled or personal information unless you are authorized to share it.
Analytics, cookies and external services
The website may use Google Analytics to understand aggregated traffic and conversion events. Our hosting, security and email delivery services may process technical logs required to provide and protect the website. Clicking a WhatsApp link opens a third-party service governed by its own terms and privacy policy. We do not intentionally send RFQ field values, uploaded documents or email addresses to analytics tools.
Sharing and international processing

Because our customers and service providers may be located in different countries, information can be processed outside your country of residence. We do not sell personal information.
